These terms cover your use of foundryreach.us and how FoundryReach sells its services. If you sign a service agreement with us, that agreement applies to your services, and where it differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
Using this site
The information on this site is general and can change. Please use the form only to contact us about your own business or enquiry. We may block messages that are spam or abuse.
Services and prices
- Prices on this site are in US dollars and can change. The price in your signed service agreement is the one that applies to you.
- Plans have a 3-month minimum, then continue month to month.
- Advertising spend is separate: you pay it directly to the ad platform, from your own ad account.
Cancelling
After the minimum term, either of us can cancel with 30 days' notice in writing. An email is enough.
Payments and refunds
Setup fees and monthly fees are not refundable, except for work we have not delivered. If we cannot deliver something you paid for, we refund the part we did not deliver.
Results
Results depend on things outside our control, such as your market, prices, reviews and how quickly enquiries are answered. We do not promise a specific number of leads or sales, or a search ranking.
Your approvals and your information
- Messages, posts and ads go out in your business's name only after you approve them.
- You are responsible for the business facts you give us, such as prices, licences and offers, being accurate.
- You keep ownership of your business details, logo and photos. You allow us to use them to provide your services.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, FoundryReach is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
